YOU Agency launched a brand TV campaign for Tapi Carpets & Floors built entirely from Trustpilot customer reviews. The work translates real customer feedback into broadcast creative.

Florence Poppy Deary of Biscuit Filmworks directed the campaign. Untold Studios handled animation and VFX.

The approach: mining user-generated review content for creative material. Trustpilot reviews provide verified voice-of-customer data that brands increasingly use as creative source material rather than traditional copywriting.

Tapi Carpets & Floors operates 175 stores across the UK. The retailer sells carpet, vinyl, laminate, and luxury vinyl tile flooring. The company maintains over 76,000 Trustpilot reviews with a 4.6-star average rating.

YOU Agency, founded in 2016 by Danielle Bassil and Jen Cownie, works across brand, digital, and experiential. The London-based shop employs approximately 40 people. Previous clients include McDonald's, Domino's, and Britvic.

Biscuit Filmworks' UK roster includes directors working across comedy, documentary, and narrative film. Untold Studios operates from London with capabilities spanning animation, VFX, and virtual production.

The campaign represents Tapi's first major brand work since launching national TV advertising in 2019. The retailer previously ran regional radio and digital campaigns.

Customer review-based creative is not new. Brands from Slack to Casper have used the format. It remains uncommon in the flooring category where traditional before-and-after imagery dominates advertising.
