Horizon Media secured the agency of record assignment for Prestige Consumer Healthcare, the consumer products company behind brands including Monistat, Clear Eyes, and Dramamine.

The independent media agency will handle planning and buying across Prestige Consumer Healthcare's portfolio through its Blu platform. Horizon Media positions Blu as a data integration tool connecting media planning with consumer insights.

Prestige Consumer Healthcare reported $1.1 billion in net revenue for fiscal 2025. The Tarrytown, New York-based company markets over-the-counter healthcare and household cleaning products across North America and internationally.

Horizon Media operates as the largest independent media agency in the U.S. The privately held shop reported over $9 billion in media billings and maintains offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto.

The AOR win adds to Horizon Media's consumer packaged goods client base. The agency currently works with brands including Geico, A&E Networks, and Corona.

Prestige Consumer Healthcare's brand portfolio includes BC and Goody's headache powders, Chloraseptic sore throat treatments, and Compound W wart removal products. The company focuses on category-leading OTC brands with long market histories.

Neither Horizon Media nor Prestige Consumer Healthcare disclosed the scope of services beyond media planning and buying. The companies did not identify the incumbent agency or specify which Prestige brands will run campaigns through the new partnership.

The announcement came via LinkedIn from a Horizon Media executive on April 3, 2026.
