Ooni launched in 2012 as a Kickstarter-funded portable pizza oven maker. The brand has expanded from direct-to-consumer to retail partnerships with Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table, and Crate & Barrel. Revenue hit $400M in 2023, according to CEO Kristian Tapaninaho's statements to the Financial Times.

Croud operates from 16 offices across North America, Europe, and APAC. The agency has 500+ employees and works with brands including Suzuki, HelloFresh, and Lastminute.com. The company focuses on performance marketing, with proprietary technology for campaign optimization.

The partnership gives Croud its highest-profile consumer goods client in the premium cookware category. For Ooni, the move represents a shift from regional marketing tactics to coordinated global campaigns as the brand expands into Asian and Latin American markets.
